welcome to little buds
rooted in play, blooming through connection.
At Little Buds Pediatric Therapy, we help children grow, learn, and thrive through the power of pediatric occupational therapy.
what is occupational therapy?
Occupational therapy (OT) supports children in developing the skills they need to succeed in everyday activities—also known as “occupations”—like playing, getting dressed, feeding themselves, engaging with peers, and participating in school. These daily routines are the building blocks of confidence, independence, and lifelong learning.
what makes us unique?
Typically, OT is offered through a 1:1 approach - one child, one therapist. However, so many of our children are being referred to therapy due to challenges participating in natural settings - schools, community activities, and daily family life. At Little Buds, we are able to target the skills needed to participate in these settings by utilizing a unique approach- offering OT in the form of small groups. Our social skills groups, sensory and motor groups, and emotional regulation classes are designed to help children practice vital skills in a natural, peer-based environment. We believe that real progress happens not just in the therapy room, but in everyday interactions—laughing, playing, and learning alongside others. By engaging with peers in supportive group settings, children have the opportunity to generalize their skills, build confidence in real-world situations, and develop meaningful relationships. This approach supports long-term success and encourages carryover of skills into the home, school, and community.
At Little Buds, we’re more than a therapy clinic—we're a place where little hands grow strong, friendships bloom, and children learn to shine in their own unique way. We are here to walk alongside your family, celebrating each step forward.
