Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 3, 2025

At Little Buds Pediatric Therapy, we reserve your child’s spot in a therapy group once payment is made. Due to the planning, staffing, and limited group size, the following refund policy applies:

• Full payment is required prior to the start of the group.

• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to illness, vacation, scheduling conflicts, or other unexpected absences.

• We are unable to offer make-up sessions for missed group dates.

• If a group is canceled by Little Buds Pediatric Therapy due to low enrollment or clinic closure, a full refund will be issued.

Families who are new to our program may inquire about scheduling a one-time trial session, based on availability. Trial sessions are offered at a single-session rate and are not guaranteed to reflect the full group experience.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain consistency and fairness for all participating children and families.
