sensory seedlings is an OT-led mommy & me playgroup designed for babies ages 5–12 months. held outdoors in a local park, this 8-week program blends sensory-based infant play with practical tools for parents to support their child's development. sessions include weekly topics on sensorimotor development, take-home strategies, and connection with other parents.

enrollment is limited. group meets 1x per week. you must commit to the entirety of the session upon enrollment. please note- there are no refunds or makeups for missed sessions due to illness or travel.​
